Hong Kong Disneyland!

Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel

The drive to the hotel was absolutely beautiful with all the palm trees and mountains surrounding the property!

I also loved the road signs with a Mickey Mouse symbol to lead you to Disneyland!

The Disneyland Hotel reminds me of a smaller version of the Grand Floridian at Walt Disney World in Florida. The Victorian style of the hotel is so pretty!

The Kingdom Club

Once we arrived, we checked in and they took us up to the Kingdom Club to give us information about it and so we could have a quick snack!

The Kingdom Club is open for breakfast, snacks throughout the day, appetizers around dinner, and desserts to finish off the night.

I absolutely love the view of the mountains from the Kingdom Club!

They had several different snack options and the Disney character cookies were so cute!

Breakfast included traditional Hong Kong food as well as American breakfast options. Both were delicious!

& of course you can never go wrong with a Mickey waffle!!

The Room

After spending some time in the Kingdom Club, we went to see our room… the view was absolutely breathtaking and definitely my favorite part!

The room itself was very spacious and so pretty! It continued to remind me of the Grand Floridian, which is my favorite hotel at Disney World, so of course I absolutely loved this room!

Hong Kong Disneyland Park

From the Disneyland Hotel it was about a 10 minute walk to the park, but it was such a beautiful walk and on the way you’ll find this super cute welcome sign which is the perfect photo spot!

Sadly the castle was under construction when we were visiting, but that did not take away from the beauty of the park at all!

Hong Kong Disneyland features 7 different themed lands: Main Street USA, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Adventureland, Toy Story Land, Mystic Point, and Grizzly Gulch.

Attractions!

My favorite attraction in Tomorrowland was Hyperspace Mountain! It’s like Space Mountain, but Star Wars themed, similar to the one in Disneyland Paris!

Ant-Man and the Wasp was also another one of my favorite attractions in Tomorrowland and definitely one to not miss!

In Fantasyland I of course loved the Disney classic “It’s A Small World”!

I also really loved the Fairy Tale Forest walk through attraction. It was so cute and we don’t have anything similar to it at Disney World so it was very fun!

My favorite show was by far “Mickey & The Wondrous Book”! It included many classic Disney movies and gives such a magical feeling for any Disney fan!

The Jungle Cruise was definitely my favorite ride in Adventureland and one thing that was very helpful and interesting is that they give you a card so you can be in a boat where they will speak English if you need it.

Another must-do ride was the Big Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Car. This roller coaster was so much fun! It reminded me a little bit of Big Thunder Mountain, but this was full of more surprises!

Mystic Manor!

My very favorite ride at Hong Kong Disneyland was Mystic Manor! This ride is the #1 must-do for everyone who comes to Hong Kong Disneyland! It follows the story of a man named Lord Henry Mystic and his monkey Albert who is very curious and brings everything to life inside the house by opening an enchanted music box.

The technology in this ride is truly incredible and absolutely unmatched, making the ride even more fun!

Snacks!

We stopped by Starbucks in the park and tried a couple different Frappuccino flavors that I had never seen before. I got the Chocolate Black Tea with Earl Grey Jelly and my sister got the Matcha Java Chip Cream. Mine was good, but not my favorite treat I tried while at Hong Kong Disneyland… It’s definitely worth a try though because it’s an interesting flavor!

This Minnie Mouse ice cream was so cute and the perfect refresher in the humid Hong Kong weather!

My favorite treat by far was the Egg Puff! It almost tasted like a very sweet waffle with sweet cream in the middle and chocolate as the Mickey ears! I definitely recommend trying this while at the park!

Crystal Lotus Dim Sum

The Crystal Lotus is located in the Hong Kong Disneyland hotel and has many dining options, but we just wanted to experience the Disney themed dim sum!

There were several different flavors that we ordered (you have to place your order for dim sum about two days before) and each one was very unique and fun to try!

We also tried some floral tea and this mango dessert in the shape of Mickey!

Flavors…

The 3 little pigs were barbecue pork flavored and my personal favorite!

The green aliens were pork and vegetable.

The Mike one was shrimp.

Duffy and ShellieMay were steamed sweet buns.

This is definitely something I would highly recommend trying while at Hong Kong Disneyland because it is a one of a kind experience and each of the dim sum buns are so cute!

Overall I loved everything about Hong Kong Disneyland and would go back to visit in a heartbeat! Everything about the resort is phenomenal! It was definitely a Disney park to remember and one I will hopefully be back to visit one day!
